It appears (via theblaze.com reposting a report by theweeklystandard.com) that the White House website is attempting to remove any connection of Jerusalem belonging to Israel. The Bible is very clear that even the land (that Prime Minister Netanyahu has said he would give up) actually was given to the Israelites by God. What would the rest of the world do if Israel decides to proclaim the promises found in Deuteronomy 11:23? All they have to do is obey the commandment in Dt. 11:22.
If you carefully observe all these commands I am giving you to follow—to love the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways and to hold fast to him— then the LORD will drive out all these nations before you, and you will dispossess nations larger and stronger than you. Every place where you set your foot will be yours: Your territory will extend from the desert to Lebanon, and from the Euphrates River to the western sea.
If you do not know your middle east geography, the western sea for Israel is the Mediterranian Sea. The Euphrates River is not even close to modern day Israel, it is modern
day Iraq. After merging with the Tigris River, it actually forms the border of Iran and Iraq. What would President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad (Iran) think of sharing a border with an Israel that large in territory? If Israel will live verse 22, they could claim verses 23 and 24. They even have an assurance in verse 25 that says NOBODY can stand against them.
theweeklystandard.com has put together a video showing what is happening on the White House website. http://www.youtube.com/watchv=ZLe_p_OwjpE&feature=player_embedded
The background music is a little overboard, but montage makes the point of what is happening. It is quite apparent that world leadership does not understand Genesis 12:3.
May God bless Israel!
¿What in the World is going on?
Just read the headlines from from a London newspaper website! http://www.telegraph.co.uk

These are the people that the current US administration held up as examples for us to emulate. They all have public funded health care. Why are they happy and content? I cannot help but think of the words of Jesus in Matthew 24. Read what it says:
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake. And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
It has long been known that the church in England has lost its influence in that country. In the mean time, Islam has grown and sharia law has been set up in parts of the country. When I first saw this, I immediately thought about verse 10, but then as I looked up the passage and re-read the surrounding verses, it really stood out. Yes, we have always had earthquakes, wars, rumors of wars. But have we ever had a time with so much of these types of things happening so frequently and globally? It is the “divers places” that I think makes it come together. Things are happening around the world all at once. All these things are happening all the time time. When Jesus says “sorrows” in the KJV, that is interpreted in modern American English as labor or birth pains. They start off slow, but as the time gets closer for the big event, the increase in intensity and happen closer together. Some had predicted the riots in Tunisia would spread to other countries in the middle east, but I do not recall anyone predicting that England would be come involved. Could America be next? How many false teachings are accepted in this country? Have we turned away from God enough that this could happen nationwide here? Many of the big cities, absolutely! Many more of the smaller cities? It is a real possibity. Do you live in a small town or a rural area? When you leave church on Sunday, how many homes do you pass that the people are still home? Are the stores full of people? Are the restaraunts up and running? If just the majority of these people were in church, every church parking lot would be over crowded, businesses would close on Sunday because they would have no customers or workers available to run then operations. I am not saying it is going to happen here, but remember a few years ago, we had riots in Los Angeles that took days to get under control. I believe it is a real possibility. Do you?
